Our platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

3.3 Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and while using the platform.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• You agree not to misuse the service or engage in illegal activity.

3.4 Reviews

Tradespeople agree to accept customer feedback in a professional manner.

Any applicable fees or commissions will be outlined in the onboarding documents.

3.6 Termination

We may suspend or remove Tradespeople who breach these terms or receive legitimate complaints.

4. Customer Agreement

4.1 Independent Relationship

All work arrangements are made directly between customers and tradespeople. Available Trades is not a party to these agreements.

4.2 Due Diligence

Customers are responsible for verifying the Tradesperson's qualifications, insurance, and suitability for the work.

4.3 No Warranty

We make no guarantees regarding the quality or reliability of services provided by Tradespeople.

4.4 Termination

We may suspend or remove Tradespeople who breach these terms or receive legitimate complaints.
